The most typical peruvian dish: Cebiche... it always is special in any moment, you need only fresh fish, lemon, onion, chili, cilantro, some of letucce, "yuca" and "camote" for complete this dish.

Hello from Finland! Now I am curious about this fish.Is it boiled or salted or . . .?? We eat fishes without boiling or roasting, when we keep fish one day in salt - "salt fish", like sushi in Japan. Is this fish like this? Have a nice Sunday there far away!
