Historic room

In this room, we'll meet the Trujillo National University principal and all the deans. This old house was owned by the Jesuits, it was a convent, now it's part of the university and it's used as a administrative center.

Many of the old houses of Trujillo has been divided by their owners, but some of these show the difference of their space. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Mirrors

The mystery of the mirrors amaze me, they reflected many faces, many stories watched, they are just silent spectators and stony. And three mirrors together have much to tell.

colonial window

This window is a little different to the another old colonial windows, this is narrow, and the design juts out three stars. It belongs to Morales House, I think this house is one of the most beautiful of the city.

a touch of blue

At Trujillo downtown you can see similar old houses, some of them rent a part of the house and the new tenants paint only their part... this no so good, but is a curious note from downtown.

Knock knock

Some historic details remain on the doors of some old colonial houses from the city center. On the day these door knockers can pass unnoticed, but can they become mysterious when you find their details over the night.

Nice lights

Beautiful lights at night, even the shadows look nice. This old colonial house belong to the Catholic Church, it's one of the most symbolic of the city.

Cleaning

Two workers were cleaning these windows during the "nap time" (many stores at downtown close since 1pm to 4pm and many people go home to have lunch). When I took this pic, they smiled and covered their faces, maybe they're shy ^^.

Nobody is there!

This house is in front of the Trujillo main square, it's an old colononial house, maybe it was very important any time ago. The doors are closed, there is nothing inside, only some bricks can be seen by the windows. I don't know who is the ownerbut I think it's necessary that sombody takes care of it.

Yellow

This window belongs to an old colonial house which is a local bank. It's always very clean, I like that, well it's a bank.
I have one free week, I'm happy for that... I had some difficult days last week, a friend of mine always tell me, if the problem has a solution, why you worry; if the problem doesn't have solution, why you worry :S . Thanx everyone for your kind words!!!

Historical Houses

Yellow house was a church but now, it's part of the main University of Trujillo, which use it for academic events or special ceremonies. The other house is the Beneficence which rents the most of its offices, it's very cheap instead of this house is in front of the main square of Trujillo.
