Trujillo will be host of the IV International Seminary “Democratization, Decentralization and Agreement in the Local Governments” which is organized by the Unión Iberoamericana de Municipalistas (UIM). People from here is preparing everything for this event, as for example: a complete cleaning of the Main Square.

How exciting for Trujillo. That statue is HUGE and very impressive.
A very interesting statue! Looks like he is dancing and if you enlarge it, it looks like he is running with one leg...very funny.
