The CHOCHO is a "frejol" (like a bean) that helps to lessen the bad triglyceride, since along time ago people prepares it with onion, lemon and some of red pepper, and it's sold at the streets mainly, it's called "ceviche de chocho".
El chocho es un frejol que ayuda a aminorar los triglicéridos malos, desde hace mucho tiempo atrás la gente lo prepara con cebolla, limón y algo de ají, y se vende al paso en las calles, es conocido como "ceviche de chocho".

I love bean dishes. I have some canellini beans soaking at home right now and will make a tuscan bean soup later this evening to eat all week long. It's not the prettiest thing to photograph but I will try to tart it up a bit for posting.
