Cecina

Seeing cloth drying by the air is very common here, also, it's common to see meat (beef) dried by means of air and sun, specially in the country side. This kind of meat is called "cecina".

Such an interesting shot. From this distance it looks like red rags hanging up there. I am a big fan of Cecina de León, which i am assuming is related to the styles available in Peru

la viande séchée c'est tres bon. Par contre je ne savais pas qu'elle séchée comme cela à l'air libre.

the dried meat it is very good. On the other hand I did not know only it not dried like that with the free air

In Japan, we used to see fish being dried this way, too.
