Red or blue

Since January, Trujillo have a new major, he likes blue!. This is part of the Municipality, you can see it was painted in blue just this side because people didn't want change red color, a colonial red.

This is a PERFECT 4th of July photo for the USA: red, white, and blue with an eagle! How thoughtful of you? :=)

Blue ,red and white ... US flag, French flag? Actually I believe that about 2/3 of all national flags have these colours.

Whether the mayor prefers blue or red..., I really like these vivid colours on your photo! (There is even a little bit of yellow in left corner.)

Thanks for your advice about "best months".

So pretty, all these colors together, side-by-side.

It's amazing you have a blog with so cute pictures and more than 200 posts and I've never had the chance of falling here... Congratulations!
I've been in Peru (Lima) but not in Truxillo. My wish was to get to Cuzco and Machu Picchu, but didn't manage yet. One day, and maybe Truxillo also...

Such vivid colours. It is interesting that there is some blue paint above the window of the red part of the building. As you said, it seems the owner had a change of heart in painting the entire house blue

Godd contrasts of colours. Over here people on a Friday and Saturday night go out and paint the town red.
