Rocoto relleno

"Rocoto relleno" is a typical dish form southern peruvian coast. Rocoto is a medium sized round chili pepper and it's very very hot (spicy), it's stuffed with spiced beek or pork, onions, olives, egg white and then cooked in the oven with potatoes covered with cheese and milk... would you like taste it?
