Sudado!

Do you remember the fishermen from Magdalena de Cao? well, this was one fish of that day, it was prepared in "Sudado" . Some of rice, camote and yucas are welcome for this dish.

I know, it's too much for one person, but here, we eat a lot, I think :S ...I was in Magdalena de Cao, very near to Trujillo, these days are very cold and this dish is perfect for getting warm. "Sudado de pescado" is very typical in the peruvian coast, there are many ways to cook it, in this case, it has crabs, but it always is prepared with tomatoes onions, a little of garlic, some spicy ingredients... and, of course, fresh fish ^^
